It was revealed on Thursday that China has plans for the next five years to launch ships/astronauts into space. Previous attempts have not been successful but with the USA help, they might be able to do it. Why team up with China? Well the main reason is that Obama has cut the NASA funds making it very hard to go to space. NASA closed in July when Obama said it costing the US billions...He did say however that the astronauts can travel to asteroids...Anything is better then nothing in this case!
