Men in Black

I am not writing about the movie but in fact about the real MIB. For centuries their have been stories of men in black threatening people to stay quiet about viewing and proof of aliens. In my own personal theroy, I do not believe these MIB to be human. I do think they are an alien race who has the ability to "shape shift" and trying to keep alien presence in the low key..for what ever reason, I do not know.
